I have used a vintage tie bar clip and added an oxidized brass filigree, one clear swarovski crystal and one cobalt blue swarovski crystal for the lenses, a tiny watch gear, and added a wire wrapped handle with blue glass bead. This can be worn as a brooch, clip-on pin, or a tie tack. A tiny little Steampunk accessory for your Victorian Costume Affair.
